Creatine Creapure Powder Drink is a powder food supplement with sweetener and flavouring. Net weight 350g. This instant powder mixture with Creapure creatine monohydrate makes a refreshing and delicious drink. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

Creapure creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator citric acid; beetroot juice, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide; flavouring, sweetener sucralose.

Preparation
Mix 3.5g (3/4 scoop) with 200mL of water and drink immediately. Take approximately 30–60 minutes before training. Use a hand shaker to mix. Athletes taking creatine monohydrate should consume at least 2000mL of water daily to maximise hydration.
