Preparation
Preparation is really quick and easy. Just mix the protein with cold water or milk and shake or blend for about 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
With a scoop:
Mix 35g (1 heaped scoop) with 200–300ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or a hand shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.
