CFM - Cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate /from milk/ with protein fractions (beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase); cocoa powder, flavourings, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin; stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lactase, cellulase, bacterial neutral protease and lipase), LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin).

Preparation
Preparation is really quick and easy. Simply mix the protein with cold water or milk and shake or blend for approximately 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
With a scoop:
Mix 35g (1 heaped scoop) with 200–300ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or hand shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.
