Thanks to the N42 grade magnet, a single cylinder can hold approximately 720 grams, making it ideal for attaching notes, photos, or light objects to metal surfaces and magnetic boards. The surface is nickel-plated with a layer of nickel, copper, and nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), which protects the magnet from corrosion and wear.

Properties and surface finish
The magnets are made from an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron (NdFeB) and belong to grade N42. This grade indicates the magnetic energy density, which allows even small cylinders to hold objects weighing up to 720 grams. The Ni-Cu-Ni nickel-plated surface serves two functions: it gives the magnets an attractive appearance and, most importantly, protects them from corrosion and mechanical damage. Axial magnetisation means that the north and south poles are located on the opposite 5mm diameter circular faces.
The maximum operating temperature is 80°C. Exceeding this temperature can lead to a permanent loss of magnetic properties.
