This pack of 30 cylinder-shaped SOLLAU neodymium magnets is ideal for use on magnetic whiteboards. Despite their small size, these magnets are incredibly strong. They are NdFeB-type neodymium magnets, which are among the strongest permanent magnets available. Each magnet can hold approximately 500g, which is nearly a thousand times its own weight. A nickel surface finish protects the magnets from corrosion and wear.

Properties and material of SOLLAU magnets
These cylinder magnets are made from an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron (NdFeB), which gives them their high magnetic strength. Each N42-grade piece can hold objects weighing up to 500g. A protective nickel surface finish with copper and a secondary nickel layer (Ni-Cu-Ni) protects the magnets from corrosion and mechanical damage. Magnetisation is axial, so the north and south poles are located on the opposite circular faces. To maintain full magnetic force, the operating temperature should not exceed 80°C.
