Solgar® Full Spectrum Omega capsules are carefully crafted from salmon that has been caught in the cold crystal waters of the Nordic region. The oil is certified by Friend of the Sea. These softgels undergo a proprietary purification process to ensure the removal of heavy metals, including mercury, PCBs and other contaminants from the environment, while maintaining optimal oil integrity and optimal EPA and DHA content. The levels of EPA, DHA and other fatty acids contained in Solgar® softgels and their relative proportions reflect those found in wild salmon.

Recommended dosage of dietary supplement Omega 3 6 9 Solgar Full Spectrum Omega Nordic:
Adults take two (2) softgels daily, ideally with food or as directed by a physician.
