Handheld Circular Saw
A handheld circular saw is a portable electric tool with a rotating circular saw blade. The operator holds it in their hands and guides it along the material being cut, which is firmly clamped or placed on a support. The saw rests on a base plate, which provides stable guidance and allows the cutting depth to be set. It is used for fast straight cutting of wood, plywood, chipboard and other materials, depending on the blade used. Many models allow the blade to be tilted for angled cuts. Thanks to its compact size, it can be used directly on a construction site as well as in a workshop. It is powered either by mains electricity or by a battery.
