Minimum axial distance

The minimum axial distance is the shortest distance between the observer's eye and the eyepiece of the telescope at which it is possible to observe sharply and without distortion. This parameter is important for users who wear glasses because it determines how close the eye can be brought to the eyepiece without blurring the image.
