Safe grinding at the optimum angle
The grinding inserts are designed to automatically guide the blade at an angle of 38°, so even if you are a beginner, you will achieve perfect results. The non-slip base keeps the sharpener stable during use and the ergonomic ABS plastic handle is also great for right- and left-handed users. The Siguro Essential Sharp works with a dry, pull-together grinding method that is fast, safe and very effective.

Grinding with the Siguro Essential Sharp is done in three successive stages that restore the edge, unify the blade shape, and finally fine polish it:
- Coarse phase (carbide) - is used to quickly compare and restore a damaged or dull blade.
- Medium phase (ceramic 280#) - repairs everyday wear and tear and aligns the blade shape for even sharpening.
- ground phase (ceramic 1000#) - performs final polishing and deburring to achieve a smooth, clean and precise cut.
Special grinding groove for scissors
The Siguro Essential Sharp also offers a fourth groove for sharpening the scissors, so you can easily keep them in perfect condition without the need for professional service. The whole process is quick and intuitive - just a few smooth pulls and your scissors will be perfectly ready for use again.
