Grade 1 is suitable for mixing larger quantities. Grade 2 helps to process liquid raw materials. Grade 3 will help in the preparation of different types of dough. Stage 4 at higher speeds will whip creams and butter. Stage 5 whip perfectly stiff snow from the egg whites. The Turbo function is used to briefly increase the speed to the maximum speed.
