The lightest Flip device in the world
The Galaxy Z Flip8 weighs 8 grams less than its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip7, making it the thinnest and lightest Flip device that fits comfortably even in a small pocket.¹
Smoother unfolding – again and again
The Galaxy Z Flip8 comes with an improved Armor FlexHinge and an extended gap in the inner bezel, which together make it easier to open.²
Ready to go anywhere
The body of the Galaxy Z Flip8 is protected by an Armor Aluminum frame, and the display by Corning Gorilla Glass, making it a device designed to withstand even demanding situations.³
Alone or together. Hands-free
Everyday photographers can capture every shot in all its naturalness with the Galaxy Z Flip8's 50Mpx sensor. The FlexCam feature enables hands-free photography to capture natural skin tones and true textures. Switch to FlexMode and activate auto-zoom to capture everyone in the shot, try the classic camcorder-style grip for shooting videos, or use the Dual Preview function so your subjects can see themselves on the display while you're recording. The Portrait mode and rear cameras then work together to create a stereo bokeh effect, which uses AI to add natural depth to all your shots.⁴
Super steady video – even when things get moving
If you're a vlogger who likes to capture first-person content, you'll appreciate the Super Steady and Horizontal Lock features. This automatically detects the horizon and keeps the shot level – even if your device rotates a full 360 degrees. For more stability when filming other people, you can use the classic camcorder-style grip, and for self-portraits, use the FlexCam preview.⁵
POV: your Flip is more than just a phone
Now you can take mirror selfies with an unusual element that tastefully complements your self. Using the Flip Shot function, you can customise your home screen background with your favourite photos, drawings, or even write a message to express yourself when taking a shot.⁶
Dual recording⁷
Create dynamic content from different points of view. Turn on split-screen, which can be displayed in both the FlexWindow and on the main screen, so you and your subject can watch the video simultaneously for perfectly synchronised shots. Then share the video without editing, making reliving the moment as easy as capturing it.
Let every shot shine
Capture every detail in perfect resolution. The Galaxy Z Flip8 boasts a fantastic camera setup.⁸
Personalised overview, just for you⁹
Keep your day under control with personalised overviews available at a glance right from the FlexWindow. Now Brief not only intelligently learns your routines, but you can also customise it to receive summaries based on your interests, like weather, health, and more.
A photo studio in your phone
Edit photos quickly and easily using AI features with just a few words. Naturally describe the edits you want to make, and Galaxy AI will enhance the picture for you. Then watch it come to life before your eyes in minutes.¹⁰
One UI for all your needs
The One UI 9 interface, optimised for the Galaxy Z Flip8 phone, lets you access the app panel on the FlexWindow as easily as on the main display. You can move, add, or delete widgets like Gallery, Weather, Health, or Calendar directly on the outer screen to instantly customise your interface.¹¹
Supports your work and creativity
The Galaxy Z Flip8 combines a next-generation central processing unit (CPU), graphics processing unit (GPU), and neural processing unit (NPU) to support how you discover content and express yourself. It's equipped with the most powerful processor custom-developed for Galaxy devices, so it can handle even the most demanding days without disrupting your workflow. The advanced NPU powers AI tools that help you instantly bring ideas to life, while the GPU ensures smooth visuals whether you're watching or creating any content.¹²

The 4300mAh battery built into the device's compact body lets you fully immerse yourself in viewing for up to 31 hours.¹³
See everything in natural colours
Improved expression of colour shades and light refraction, thanks to the advanced mobile Digital Natural Image engine (mDNIe), ensures richer final tones. Plus, a peak brightness of up to 2600 nits lets you enjoy colours in their full spectrum, whether you're indoors or out.¹⁴
Transfer everything via QR code

The courage to invest in the development of new technologies is typical for the company, as evidenced by a series of visionary solutions. Currently, Samsung is the largest group of companies in South Korea and the third largest worldwide conglomerate by revenue. Samsung consumers associate the brand with high-quality consumer electronics. It is known for its Galaxy series, one of the best and most sought after mobile phones in its class. One must also mention Samsung TVs, where the company has long been at the cutting edge in technology and quality. The competence of the company is much broader. It is active in machinery and heavy industry, chemicals, construction, retail, and financial services.
