Green Stone's inert non-stick surface is the only water-based non-stick surface, excels at twice the wear resistance, preserves food flavor and saves energy. It does not contain PFOA. The pan is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, it is not dishwasher safe. It was 100% made in Italy.
