The Richter Czech digital cylinder lock with thumbturn replaces your existing lock cylinder, bringing modern locking methods to your door. You can unlock the door using a fingerprint, a numerical code, an IC card, or a mobile phone with the Tuya app. The cylinder communicates with your phone via Bluetooth, and all access management, including time windows, is handled in the user-friendly app. It is suitable for installation in doors with a thickness of 35–50mm. The cylinder is made of an aluminium alloy and brass.

Flexible access with multiple authentication methods

The cylinder lock offers four ways to unlock your door. The fastest is fingerprint authentication, which takes just 0.3 seconds to evaluate. Applying an IC card with a FUDAN chip or entering a numerical code works just as quickly. The lock's memory can hold up to 100 fingerprints, 100 IC cards and 100 different codes. As a fourth method, you can unlock via the mobile app, where the response time is approximately 3 seconds.

Smart management in the Tuya app

All settings and access management are handled in the Tuya app, which is available in English for Android and iOS phones. The app connects to the lock cylinder via Bluetooth. This lets you unlock the door from a few metres away, share access with other users or track the history of all unlocking events. The app is also used to set time windows during which a specific code or fingerprint is valid. For full remote management over the internet, such as unlocking while on holiday, you need to purchase a Wi-Fi Gateway.

Durable design and reliable power

The body of the lock cylinder is a combination of aluminium alloy and brass. The entire unit has an IP54 protection rating, which means partial protection against dust ingress and resistance to splashing water from all directions. The operating temperature ranges from -12°C to +70°C. It is powered by three AAA batteries, which last for approximately one year. If they run out, you have emergency power via the USB-C port, which you can connect to a standard power bank to unlock the door.

Remote management via Wi-Fi requires a separately sold Gateway. Emergency power via USB-C requires a power bank and cable, which are not included in the package.
