It contains 4,000 mg of soluble hydrolysed marine collagen in a highly absorbable form in combination with vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen production. COLLAGEN HM - hydrolysed marine fish collagen, acid (citric acid), natural aroma, L-ascorbic acid, dye (beetroot concentrate), zinc citrate, sodium selenite, anti-caking agent (talc), sweeteners [sucralose, [Citrosis (neohesperidin DC)] D-biotin.
Recommended dosage
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older take 1 sachet daily after meals. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of water, stirring vigorously.
