Durable construction and non-stick surface

The pot's cast aluminium body ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface. The base is also reinforced with a disc that prevents it from deforming at high temperatures and during temperature changes. The four-layer PFLUON non-stick coating lets you cook with a minimal amount of fat and prevents food from sticking. An external heat-resistant coating protects the pot from external damage and makes overall maintenance easier.

Comfortable handling and cooking control

Ergonomic handles with a Soft Touch finish ensure easy handling even when the pot is full. Their surface is pleasant to the touch and provides a non-slip grip. The pot includes a tempered glass lid, which allows for visual monitoring of the food being prepared without needing to lift it. A steam vent prevents the contents from boiling over, and the lid's silicone rim ensures a tight seal against the pot's edge.

Versatile use and easy maintenance

The Resto Capella pot is suitable for all types of hobs – from gas and ceramic to induction. Thanks to its non-stick surface, cleaning is effortless as food doesn't stick to it. After cooking, you can safely put it in the dishwasher. The surface is also designed to withstand the use of non-sharp metal utensils.
