The kettle is very nice, the inside of the kettle is all metal, the outside is plastic. Unfortunately, it is very bulky and much larger than other kettles of the same capacity. The big disadvantage was the lid opening when cooking, due to this steam escaped from the kettle and cooking took unnecessarily long.
