On their website and on Alza, only half of the ingredients are listed - "Citrus yuzu 45%, honey 5%" The other half (which is not listed) is: 'water, fructose, citric acid (acidity regulator), carboxymethylcellulose (thickener)'. It's just good to know that 50% is water and fructose. The full composition should be stated, not just what looks good in marketing terms.
