Only one headphone worked, I changed the equalizer in the settings (splitting the sound between the right and left headphone), music appeared in both headphones but very quiet (15% from normal sound). Every time I took the headphones out, this setting was lost and the equalizer no longer had room to move the slider, I had to reset the headphones in the case by connecting to the phone

after a couple of uses one of the I think left handset stopped working, a complaint was made by replacing it with a new one. again after a few uses the same thing. I'm going back and I don't want them anymore.

They work well, I listen to metal, rock and classical and they really play everything, even challenging pieces.
Since everything is electronic, the bass and treble are balanced. And the sound range is quite wide. As for battery life, yes, as stated by the manufacturer.
