There is no screw or software included with the disc. Before purchasing, make sure you have a mounting screw and possibly a spacer (usually). I recommend a "magnetized" screwdriver because handling that tiny little thing is unpleasant. Diagnostic software for this type can be downloaded for free from the manufacturer's website. I recommend at least a passive aluminium radiator.
