The device works with a SIM card. In the woods, where there is usually no quality signal, it simply does not transmit.
On the first run, the dog took a bath in the pond and the equipment flooded and stopped working completely.
Completely unsuitable for tracking dogs in nature.
I don't recommend it at all.

It probably works in countries with Vodafone
It doesn' t work in countries without Vodafone (like other networks, maybe? )
Poor product description, this is so important that it can disappear abroad (why isn' t it mentioned here? )
There is no mobile app, although the manufacturer pretends to have one
