We were very happy with it until the battery problem started. We put in a claim and the same day it was acknowledged and our money was refunded.
nice durable cover
smooth operation
after a month the battery started to overheat
at about 20% of the battery, it turned off by itself and would not turn on until it had charged a bit

I have to say, this is really cheap Chinese junk. If it was not as a gift for a child for Christmas, I would return it ( children fortunately do not notice these shortcomings). Pocitam with it very soon the tablet will leave and we will return. The only thing worth praising is the child cover.
Nice and durable packaging
The cable from the charger does not work
The charger, which according to the parameters should support 10w charging, is an ordinary max 5w
The tablet is set to say "fast charging" whether you connect any charger (tried with a 6 year old iPohone SE charger)
It is stalling and the system is behaving erratically.
In Family Link, the tablet appears as a Sony Xperia

The tablet I returned after trying it out that very day was terribly slow to respond to finger touch. Better to pay extra for a more powerful one.
