it's working great. I personally use a max power of 4, I haven't gotten to the highest (10) yet. In the reviews, someone mentioned that water leaks between the handle and the attachment. How can anyone tell? a small amount of water always flows back down the handle. Some users have also mentioned the high noise level, but I can safely say that those have very sensitive ears.

The price/performance ratio is great. No mouthwash can replace interdental brushes and floss, but as an additional cleaning phase it is excellent. Especially for problematic gums.
The only negative was a quickly broken rubber tipped head that bulged in one spot and therefore doesn't work much anymore, but the basic head is enough for everything.

This mouth shower is very good for the treatment and prevention of gum disease, great after a traditional teeth cleaning to "clean" poorly accessible areas. The shower is very powerful, and the pressure can be regulated very well. The only drawback is the considerable noise that the mouth shower produces.
