When I read high frequency whistle, I would expect it to whistle ABOVE 20kHz. However, the sound makes from 6kHz to 7.3kHz depending on the screw setting. I understand that it says "can be heard" in the properties, but I would expect a dog whistle to be heard by the dog. It would require a bit of tweaking of the product description, for me it was misleading, perhaps to indicate the frequency; )
