It is really important that the paired devices are either on the same circuit or with as few separating elements as possible.
It is even more important that no devices with interference, such as mobile phone chargers, are in the immediate vicinity.
The old splitter that reverses the phase has completely disabled our equipment. It wasn't even in the same socket, just on the same circuit, and as soon as we switched the device on, TP-Link went into a temporary coma. After shipping the fork to the red container, the problem was solved. If you are dealing with this kind of ghosting technology, first of all turn off the surrounding appliances.
I definitely don't recommend buying this crap!

I immediately uninstalled it and returned it. Fortunately, my internet started working again and Alza refunded my money.
