A completely meaningless description, making an octagon out of 5 rods is a Nobel prize (a sunshade is a pentagon), it is not adjustable in height, it is adjustable in direction so it can be bent by the wind, and there is no LED lighting either. the sunshade as such is quite OK, if you don' t expect the above described from it.
