I bought these to make gelatin. There is a recipe in it for gelatin so it is supposed to work with the molds, but the gelatin sticks, it doesn't slide out. The shape is always broken and some gelatin stays stuck to the mold until it is washed.

The 4 molds are just right for the pudding you make with 1/2 litre of milk.
The decorated top plugs are a good idea because when you need to tip out, for example, pudding, you put it on a plate and take the plug off and the contents slide beautifully from the mould onto the plate
