I evaluate after the first few brews of the livaneck. According to previous experience, the cooker has a high quality finish, so I paid extra and bought a product from Tefal. It bothers me that the surface treatment is not even on the edge of the cast iron, there is only pure aluminium. I also don't like the underside of the livanecnik, which is not flat, but there are four "trays" for the livanecnik itself. The manufacturer calls it "bottom with heat dissipation function", but personally I would prefer a flat bottom.
