The oven bakes great, I've baked 90% rye bread or 50% rye bread on the French Bread program with a medium crust- indistinguishable from bread from a normal bakery. I also baked talcum powder on the program for sweet bread, again a success. I also positively evaluate the mini cookbook for this baker, which is also in Slovak.
I miss the baking-only program- when I want to bake the dough longer without kneading and rising first. The instructions for the baker could be more detailed.
