Nice skunk. After a month and a half of use, the poor quality plastic inside with the filter twisted and fell into the hot water. Without it, the kettle won't turn off, steam billows out and there's a risk of fire. Thanks Tefal, never again. I can buy the cheapest product from China. And have fun: the instructions say 15 years of repairability: -))

The kettle was purchased because the previous identical kettle served us for 15 years. However, the new model has a really hard to read water level for some unfathomable reason. For comparison I attach a photo of the original (where the level was beautifully recognizable) and the new one with dark transparency and black almost invisible description. Otherwise, the kettle works great.

Dreadful. Although the return policy worked and the kettle was accepted back, the delivery charge was not refunded and there was minimal help to navigate through the refund screen (I do not speak or read Czech)
Kettle often did not turn itself off and stood on the counter spluttering and making a mess. Would it have turned off eventually? I don't know and didn't wait to find out. Returned next day but DID NOT get a refund of the delivery charge!
