The pros far outweigh the cons, especially the signal sensitivity is beyond excellent.
You can turn off the display illumination in both standby and operational mode. The black and white display can be seen even without the radio's internal illumination. In battery-only mode, the radio can be switched off completely.
Instead of an AUX function, there is a stereo headphone output
After inserting 4 AA batteries of 2500 mA capacity, the radio played for 25 hours without display illumination (that's why I didn't want a radio with AAA batteries of lower capacity or with an internal battery).
Crystal clear sound on DAB. Thanks to the 6V system, the radio also has a good volume.
High signal sensitivity in both DAB and FM bands.
Made in Germany.
The package includes a transformer for mains operation.
There is no AUX function although it is from ALZA in the product description.
Alarm and sleep functions are missing.
The manual is only in German and the radio menu is in German with the option to switch to English. Nothing in Czech.
