"shelf" for mobile phone, in case of good socket placement and use only for phone charging
We were buying as a power supply solution to a smart lamp. We needed the thinnest possible profile (due to the furniture against the wall in the socket location) and a USB output in a direction other than perpendicular to the wall. Unfortunately, even though it looks like the thinnest in the range, it still takes up a lot of space. In the end we solved with another product from another e-shop.
I don't understand why the manufacturer placed the led. I think it's completely unnecessary. Lights up whenever it's in a socket, even when nothing is connected to it
