I am very happy with this protector so far, as I have always been with every Spigen product I have purchased. It fits nicely. Putting it on and taking it off requires a little bit of force, after a few times of putting it on/taking it off it has a little bit of clearance too, but very little. Then I also found the packaging and original strap a bit of a hindrance to the movement. It's only noticeable when the watch is taken off or when you want to put it on - the straps can seem stuck, they don't come off. I also have a Spigen cover on my Galaxy Note10. The first cover I bought for it was a transparent TPU manufactured directly in Samsung, after a month there was already starting to be a looseness and a gap between the phone and the cover. On top of that, it was starting to yellow, washing/cleaning it didn't help, it just made the gaps and looseness worse.

According to the description, I also bought glass from Spigen - they didn't bullshit about compatibility. It fits with barely a 0.5mm gap.

Perfect color match with the original GW4 black strap.

I'd say it made it easier for me to operate the touch lunette - I'm not just running my finger along the glass where it's constantly going off the edge, or running my finger along the edge of the glass either. The edge of this cover is (with protective glass) so 0.5mm elevated above the surface of the display, which prevents finger slippage.

It adds to the look of the watch, especially with this case it looks much more robust.

With the watch on, I can feel almost no difference on my wrist, but.

The watch (40mm) looks a bit bigger with the case - whoever made a mistake with the size, I think can try to correct it with this case. Sure, it won't make the display bigger, but it will definitely make the watch feel bigger.

Repeated removal and insertion may cause the case to not fit completely against the body of the watch. Maybe that's a good thing, but I definitely prefer it when my phone case fits perfectly on the body of my phone.

Watch out for the heat! Of course, that's to be expected. So just watch out for when you run more demanding operations on your watch like gaming, installing updates or full backups via Smart Switch. About 3 minutes after the backup started, my watch started limiting power and functions to cool the watch. After removing the cover, everything worked normally. Alternatively, keep the watch off and connected to a charger - then the limits should be higher.

Tolerance between the packaging and the original strap that came with the watch - after taking it off, the straps can get stuck on the packaging and then it can be a problem to put the watch on. In this case, take the watch off and align the straps to the correct position. It's easy to get them up to the wrong position, but it's sometimes hard to get them back to a position where I can put the watch on.
