The sound performance is below average, it cannot be compared with the quality of e.g. JBL or Marshall. The sound is either too bassy or the sound is unclear and the instruments are discounted, even when using a large custom equalizer. Disappointing for me, but this is sonically more of an Anker device for me, I believe it's probably more of a personal preference.

What makes this speaker stand out is the quality of the music and the Spatial Audio feature, which I would describe as: "Do you want two speakers or three for the same price? " - the third speaker pointing up fills the space where the main two speakers are not pointing, upwards, so the sound sounds more fully (not spatially, it still comes from one place). The button for this function is almost useless because I don't even turn it off. I mainly listen to metal on the speaker, which doesn't sound very good on portable bluetooth speakers, but with the Motion X600 I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the reproduction.

Perfect portable speaker with lots of sound settings (I recommend downloading the app). It's already great from the factory, after a bit of modification it sounds really great and I enjoy listening to it! At this price tag I wasn't expecting it, the JBL Charge is a snarling and hissing toy. The Anker has clean concrete highs, vocals and with the spatial audio feature it fills the whole room quite well, wow!
It's probably not exactly for frequent carrying around outside, but you can get a case from China for 10usd.
It doesn't have any of the modern wifikundace of today's smart wifi speakers, but that's probably actually a good thing.
It performs its function more than well!
