Headphones are definitely not for every ear. I bought them as a gift and the person(adult) only has to sit with them, otherwise they fall out of the ears. But it's holding me well. So if you have smaller folds in your ear, the headphones have nothing to hold on to and will fall off when you move. However, I am not returning the product because the headphones will be used mostly sitting down.
