I think they are good headphones, but they just didn't fit my taste. I found that the gel earpieces don't fit me very well, I prefer the classic ones. The bass function is definitely fun, but practically useless for me. I like to listen to music just right, I don't want anything blaring in my ears, I liked the sound but unfortunately even when I had the bass turned up to max it just didn't respond at my standard volume. The bass gets stronger the louder the headphones play. So I was able to enjoy max 1,2 songs before I turned it down again. I would really appreciate it if the bass wasn't tied to the volume itself, unfortunately it's not. Also, when you're already enjoying the songs to the fullest, the neighborhood can hear it enough.

I wanted headphones with bass control and these were on sale for an unbeatable price. Took me a while to set up - after a bit of tuning, the experience is both metal ( Ozzy and Metallica are both awesome) and classical. The deep notes are captivating. The bass on these headphones bothers me. They are horribly low quality compared to the cheaper skullcandy crusher evo, the basses were really cool and vibrated your whole head. Here you will feel it minimally on the headphones.
