Easy to release the top cover by turning - if carelessly handled, the bottom could fall off (but so far it hasn't happened to me)
For rechargeable batteries, it probably works a bit slower (it doesn't detract from the functionality), but I guess this is due to the lower voltage of the Acu-AA compared to regular AA.

The grinder grinds by simply turning upwards, nothing needs to be pressed, it is battery operated. Possibility to adjust the coarseness of grinding. Great satisfaction so far. Great content that doesn't need to be replenished often. Matte stainless steel, no fingerprints visible.
