nice appearance;
acceptable operational noise;
good interior lighting;
sound warning for open doors;
the refrigerator does not have a switch, it can only be turned off by pulling it out of the socket;
there may be a lot of water in the defrost water collection tank;
replacement of internal LED lighting only for professional service;
the inner plastic scratches quite easily;
the adjustable legs for leveling the refrigerator, especially the ones on the side of the door hinges, cannot be screwed in sufficiently, making it difficult to impossible to level the refrigerator perfectly;
the workers who transport refrigerators and similar products are apparently in a constant state of stress and in a hurry, the installation is carried out hastily, and if the head office inadvertently did not assign the installation to them, they will not carry it out on the spot, even if you immediately urge the head office to do so. They' d rather send other people to install the next day than have the two who are at your place do it now!
since we changed the refrigerator twice (the first door was dented, the second was a seal that didn' t fit, which additionally collapsed and crumpled in another place within a few days), I unfortunately have to say that Alza is good and fast in moving boxes and boxes, but any other service beyond the scope of replacing a defective product is very problematic.
