absence of anchoring elements - in the manual they are taken for granted, but they are bought separately. Which the buyer will learn only during the assembly of the product. I don't blame alza, because the staff would have to try to assemble it themselves (and the anchors are not even on the e-shop), so the minus points belong to the manufacturer, because the placement of the anchors is the second step of the manual and after a long search the customer finds out that he did not buy the complete product.
