I understand, you are referring strictly to the filters for the Shark IP3251EUT, not the other accessories. Currently we have only Anti-Odour cartridges Shark XSK3000EUUKT (2 pcs) available for this vacuum cleaner, which are part of the anti-odour system in the base. Classic HEPA/dust filters or complete sets of filters for this particular model are not listed separately on the e shop yet. I recommend checking the manual of the vacuum cleaner - if there is a specific code of the filter set (e.g. "Filter Kit" or similar designation), please post it here and I will check if we can find something under this code or the nearest available variant. 21:18
Currently you only have the scent for the vacuum, I'm specifically interested in purchasing the Hepa filter that is inside the dust collection container. To clarify, this is the first pre-motor Hepa filter.

Thanks for the clarification, that's the perfect description. Unfortunately, we do not currently sell the specific pre-motor HEPA filter (the one in the dust container) for the Shark IP3251EUT separately on Alza. What we have now for this model are just:
- Shark XSK3000EUUKT Anti-Odour cartridges (2 pcs) - odour cartridges in the base, not the HEPA/pre-filter itself. Replacement filter sets (pre-motor + main HEPA) for this particular model from Shar¬k are not yet available from us, and I don't have any universal filter that could be safely recommended as a fully compatible replacement. Realistically for me: Unfortunately, you cannot buy a HEPA/pre-filter for the IP3251EUT at our shop. If an original "filter kit" for this model appears in the future, it should show up in our vacuum cleaner filters category after entering the IP3251EUT vacuum cleaner code in the search. 21:24
What does the term " In the future" mean in your submission? For me, that's the date until which my vacuum cleaner is unusable!

I understand your point, it's an unpleasant situation, especially when without a filter the vacuum cleaner is basically unusable. About the "in the future":
I do not have access to internal supplier schedules or dates when (and if) the Shark manufacturer will release the HEPA/pre-engine filter for the IP3251EUT as a separate spare part. Unfortunately, "in the future" doesn't mean a specific date - just that if the original filter set ever appears in the menu, our system will automatically assign it to that model. To be perfectly honest:
now the pre-motor HEPA filter for the IP3251EUT is not in our system at all, not even as a planned item, I cannot promise you any date or guarantee that we will have it on Alza.
I know that's not the answer you wanted to hear, but I don't want to promise you anything just "on the nose". If you want, I can at least try to find other models of Shark stick vacuums for which we have spare filters on Alza for a long time - in case you are thinking about replacing it with a model with more certain availability of parts in the future
