Alza accepted the claim for the first piece immediately, because the ON/OFF button stopped working completely. We submitted another piece for claim yesterday, and we will claim the last one at the end of the week. Too bad that instead of a vacuum cleaner you get a product that is more of a punishment. If Alza had a working piece I would be happy to buy it, this way I can't recommend the product
