I've never seen a bigger klump and I'm not a demanding customer. But when I'm upset about something, it makes me very uncomfortable. It looks like the manual is universal and the product description probably fits the higher price range. I feel cheated.

Sleep function is not working and when you press it instead of the air conditioner turning down, it runs at full blast and the display does not dim
the thermostat probably doesn't work because it doesn't turn off or reduce power at the desired temperature
manual absolutely useless if nothing works as it should
accessories listed in the manual are not complete, missing foam seal

After this experience and a complete installation, I look at the documentation and find that the air conditioner has twice the energy consumption that Alza states. A very unpleasant surprise. when most Sencor models have half the power consumption and the same cooling power. Thank you so much for waiting.
