I chose a cheaper already unpacked bike, but I did not expect scratches and dirt, however, after the upgrade and the subsequent 80km trip there is no reason to deal with it, I had already had a lot, I did not expect a miracle and so satisfaction

the bike looks good
a good set of sh grx
after a couple of thousand upgrade, much better - saddle, inner tube, discs and of course pedals
about a kilo more weight than you state(XL)
short cranks (170mm) also in XL size
pitfalls in size selection- XL is a typical L and larger frame is not offered(anywhere)
noisy rear hub on my bike
