I bought it because it is preferred in the US ( it has a different name in the EU because of the license). It's seen in the documentary "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead"
It's a powerful, massive piece of work. It eats kilos of apples, carrots and beetroot. Celery, parsley, anything that's crunchy. I wouldn't put greasy stuff in there and leaves are better in a smoothie.
When I took 3 kilos of apples and 3 kilos of beetroot, for 90, - I got 3 litres of fresh juice - so from a kilo of 0,5L. Carrots celery parsley are weaker ( so 350ml / kg ), but the pulp can be put in the dryer or frozen.
Strong. He's a glutton for crunchy things.
Speed.
A litre of juice for 30 kč (in the shop = UGO raw -199 kč)
Somehow it's not quite a good fit. The juice drips to the vicinity of the driveshaft ( fortunately not into the machine ). If it cleans up in time, it's fine, but it still sucks. Paper towels required.
Even though the "hole-funnel" is relatively well designed, the machine is so powerful that it still occasionally ejects a piece of fruit or vegetable ( the moment I add another piece and momentarily uncover it ). A piece of carrot ok, but beetroot stains .
