For being an original replacement filter, it can't be firmly attached/locked to the rubber strainer that is supposed to hold it on. I hope it's piece by piece. So if necessary, claim it right away and replace it with another one if it won't hold. If that blue screen falls off, it'll block the air inlet to the vacuum cleaner!
