The vacuum cleaner was bought on 20.9.23 for the price of 10 990, - in black. I decided to write the review today 22.2.24. I have to really highlight the in-app controls. You click on a room and the vacuum cleaner goes. We use it almost every day and sometimes several times a day. We have replaced the bag once so far, after about 3 months. However, we occasionally have him go to a place where there was a docking station a quarter of a year ago and look for it. Or the map fits diagonally and the vacuum cleaner goes diagonally. Or I vacuum the kitchen and he goes to another room or he chooses all of them. It sounds terrible, but it's not that bad, but you can certainly get better vacuum cleaners. Even so, this vacuum cleaner is a rightful member of our household and has been given a name.

seamless pairing with wifi even though I have dual 2.4 and 5 mHz - I had to return the Chinese RobZone product because it wouldn't pair and the company's "expert" recommended that I replace my dulání router and use only 2.4 and that it would work. He didn't understand that everything in the home works on a dual network and 5mHz is a significantly faster connection.
if you return anything to Alza, you get your money back. The way RobZone's e-shop works is that you have to bring the goods back or send them to a single dispatch and returns point. They will confirm the take back after a really thorough inspection of the device and accessories. Two days later, another confirmation arrives that they have only just taken the goods back into stock and from then on the 14 day refund period starts. On 16.11. I personally handed over the goods, on 22.11. I have received information about the issue of a credit note and the 14-day period. I have been waiting for the refund of 15.000, - CZK for 10 days and still nothing.

So far I'm very satisfied. I've been struggling with connecting the robot to WiFi. After reading XY's advice, turning off mobile data to pair helped. He's systematically vacuuming, mapping the terrain. I had a Tesla type one before. It lasted 5 years, we changed the battery once. Our new Ferda vacuums much better, shorter time, quieter.

After the first week of use we have only positive impressions. It cleans quietly, quickly and well. After the first switch-on, it created a detailed map of the apartment, after which we could divide the entire space into zones and choose the cleaning modes ourselves. We could also add a virtual wall where we didn't want the robot to enter (cat bowls, etc. ).
