I wanted a light for the photo shoot. I've been using it for 2 days and so far everything works as it should. I ordered the goods in advance and paid in person at the store. After paying, I noticed a torn box, even though the item is sold as new. I was offered a cheque to use on my next purchase, or a claim for new goods. I chose the second option. On the day the goods arrived, I noticed the box was torn again, and it wasn't the first time this had happened to me. The last time I ordered something from Alza I was satisfied with this shop.
