The alarm sound is not as terribly loud as other products
Adjustable temperature
The kettle power is all removable for filling the water, but when closed, it doesn't leak anywhere around when pouring water out of the kettle. So it's a good seal.
Cooks quickly to the desired temperature
It's thermal and you won't burn yourself on its surface. It can hold the set temperature for some time about 2h I think.
Unfortunately, it does not keep the temperature setting in memory. So after boiling the kettle, you set it down next to the kettle, and after a while you want to boil more water, so you have to set the temperature again, and that's annoying.
The audible alarm cannot be switched off. It's annoying when you want to cook at night and the whole family can hear you adjusting the water temperature. It is not, however, as loud as other kettles.
