The phone constantly crashes, apps are unresponsive and report crashing. I have to tap everything multiple times to get something to trigger. I can't set up the SD card properly, when I format it, two days later the phone reports the problem again and wants to format the card again. The defect appeared 14 days after purchase, so I could not return the product. Complaint not acknowledged. This phone is useless to me if it doesn't work properly.
