I recently bought the cutter and from the start it has been a huge disappointment. Accuracy here is virtually non-existent. It's rather home-made and still rather sloppy. The table is smaller, so you definitely won't be able to cut large tiles here. I don't have experience with cheaper products and that's probably why the price bothers me the most. If it was up to 2000, - it would probably somehow survive.
Somehow he's cutting
Current protector on the supply line
Induction motor - it has a completely different sound than a flexo - that will be good
Very poor workmanship of the whole machine. There can be no question of any accuracy, as it says in the description.
Wheel seating - the first thing you will notice is that the wheel is not on axis with the workbench. This problem can be solved by removing the motor mount. For me in particular, I had to underlay 0.7mm on one side to make the angle level
Own construction - metal box and everything screwed together with cheap M5 screws. Even the engine is mounted 4xM5. Here I would expect a much more robust attachment.
Finish - yellow paint is not comaxite or other baked powder, but just sprayed on. Moreover, it was obviously touched before drying and there are some unsightly defects
Disc 180 - the cheapest diamond disc. It is soft and tends to twist - this can be solved by replacement.
Guide rail - from the factory is crookedly seated over 2xM4. It still slides down about 8mm to one side - I solved it by removing the screws, as the saddle it sits on is then straight
Mounting of the top cover - incredibly badly done on 2xM4. In addition, the goods have obviously already had someone and both headers on PH2 are torn off. The screws are of course soft cheap. - It can be solved by adjusting the bend of the sheet metal and screws with washers
