After three years with the Delonghi Magnifica S, we wanted a coffee machine that could handle the preparation of coffee drinks with milk on its own. We were deciding between Phillips LatteGo and Delonghi Magnifica PLUS Ecam. We both saw side by side physically and the factor that ultimately decided was the ease of cleaning the milk system. With Phillips, you take the lid off the jar, split it in half, wash it and fold it back up when it's dry. When I saw how many components the Delonghi milk system consists of (even though it has automatic cleaning), I saw it as a source of problems and complications in the future. We have had the coffee machine for a week so far and we are completely satisfied.
